Paul Florczak was born in Poland and in 1990 moved to United States of America with his parents and settled in Chicago. He entered school of architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and graduated with High Honors with Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1998. Following his graduation, he joined Anthony Belluschi Architects where he gained experience in retail and international mix-use projects. In June of 1999 he married Karina, a long time companion and friend from church choir. After the marriage he enrolled in the Arizona State University’s Master Degree program focusing in environmental design and facility development. He received his Masters Degree in 2001. He then started working for Dick Fritsche Design Group in Phoenix, AZ, where he explored his design skills in local projects and contributed to the design of Sky Harbor Airport Car Rental Center. In 2003 he moved back to Chicago to work as a project architect for Optima, Inc. in Glencoe, a design build firm. He has also worked as a project architect/manager for Piekarz Associates and OKW Architects, both in Chicago, were he was involved in small to large scale projects. His most recent position at Lucien Lagrange Architects gave him an opportunity to be involved in high-end multi-family residential building projects.
Paul Florczak established Forma, Inc. in the summer of 2006 and since then he has been dedicated to helping Chicago area clients in making their dream architectural projects a reality. Paul Florczak is currently living in Chicago with his wife Karina and two beautiful girls Veronica and Hania.
